20 YEARS OF TRUSTED CLEANING

Zstar Facility Services (Zstar Cleaning) take all precautions to protect the buildings, fittings, furniture, furnishings and surroundings from damage while carrying out the works. Particular attention shall be given to areas where floor surfaces change to carpet, e.g. from granolithic, to ensure that damage is not caused to the carpet edges by machines used to clean the adjoining surfaces. Precautions shall also be taken against spillage of chemicals and against damage to other special equipment such as that in the electronic data processing rooms, cable rooms and telephone switchboard room. Care shall be taken to avoid damage to desks (and damage to walls by vacuum cleaners) when removing and replacing waste paper baskets.

 

Any damage done to the building, plant, equipment, fixtures or fittings, finishes etc. whether owned by the Proprietor or a tenant of the building, shall be made good at the expense of Zstar

LET US DO THE WORK

Zstar Facility Servies has a statutory duty to provide a safe and healthy workplace for its staff. To ensure the contract staff and employees are not at risk, all staff members must implement reasonable safety standards, in accordance with the statutory and industry regulations. This will include the wearing of safety boots and hearing protection as required by Zstar Cleaning whilst using machinery.

 

A full chemical register is required to be kept on site and updated on a monthly basis.

 

After every update is completed, a copy of the register must be forwarded to the Proprietor or authorised  representative.
