All work shall be carried out consistently in accordance with the best trade practices to the full satisfaction of the Proprietor or authorised representative.

If the work or any part thereof is not satisfactorily performed the Proprietor shall have the right to:

• Have the faulty work re-executed at no cost by Zstar ; or

• Assess the fair and reasonable cost of performance of the work in respect of which default has been made to be executed by others.
